🛍️ 1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped — whichever comes first.

- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

- We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the product must be shipped back within 7 days.
- Return shipping costs may be covered by Cosweek in case of verified product damage or wrong item delivery.

- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges and promotional discounts are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
🚫 4. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, or makeup products
- Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales
